We worked with ICATT to support a gentleman in his first placement from home. He had some challenging behaviours and struggled with his medication not always being compliant with it. I worked with Bindi who was amazing she work so hard. He got really settled with us I think we were all surprised how well it was going. But the home changed from nursing to a care home, so the gentleman had to move on to a new home.
ICATT have been amazing every time I have worked with them from the high standard set by Tony who I have worked with before to Bindi who kept the standard high. I really would work with them again in a heartbeat.
