"From the moment I arrived I felt comfortable"

About: New Cross Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a service user),

I arrived on Ward A5 New Cross Hospital at tea time. I was in pain but I felt comfortable as soon as I arrived. The staff are amazing. Steph the student nurse put me at ease making jokes and general chit chat. My stay lasted a week and everyone was so friendly, especially Nurse Stacey, student nurse Steph and HCA Faye, also student nurse Norman was very helpful.

From the moment I arrived to the time I left the ward, I felt comfortable and everything I needed/wanted was catered for.  The food was excellent every time, the general humour on the ward kept everyone’s spirits up, well done, keep up the good work
