I booked a visit for a cholesterol check with Kim at Spring Hill Practice who was very straightforward and helpful, supplying me with details about my check-up and gave me additional paperwork to read, highlighting verbally a few other points. She made me feel welcome and allowed me to ask questions about my health that I couldn't quite understand – but now I do. A good experience.
