"Can highly recommend"

I did 11 weeks of pulmonary rehab at Keyworth. I was pretty sceptical at first as I had spent two weeks in hospital a couple of months before and was sure that it wasn’t going to help. It has proven to be a lifesaver- literally I would imagine. The team were fantastic. They were so encouraging and never made anyone feel inadequate or that the exercises (that were tailored for our needs) were not achievable. They played very much to everyone’s capabilities and the results, for me at least, have been great. I have so much more confidence, not only in taking the exercises, but also in my personal life. Although I am obviously still wary of COVID, I don’t let it rule my life. I have learned whether or not I should take rescue meds, how to control my breathing and what a healthy level of exercise is. My breathing is so much better and I don’t have a feeling of tightness in my chest anymore. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
