"What a pleasant surprise"

I would like to say what a pleasant surprise I had when I opened my door to two smiling faces announcing they were from Community Response. I had never heard of them before but I hope the organisation continues.

So nice to be able to say the problems I had and get a positive feedback and sound advice. They were so thorough with my examination and I felt confident they covered all my problems and at the end provided the solutions.

Even though I had different professionals everyday I felt confident in their diagnosis.

I will miss them when they do not come anymore but would like to say a big 'thank you' for your kindness and the time you took to listen.
