My treatment has been very good so far and began just over 2 weeks ago now after I suffered a heart attack which I have since recovered from.

The care has been difficult at times. The staff do their best however they are always very busy which means at times when I feel short of breath I need medication which when nurses aren’t free it can take 5 minutes to get which can be very difficult.

There is also times some of the foreign staff through no fault of their own It can be difficult to communicate due to the barrier.

The food is alright I always get enough and usually enjoy it. The cleaning is great the staff do such a good job with the cleaning to ensure is perfect. I am more than happy with my care as it has been so impressive

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments. I am glad to hear you have since recovered for your heart attack. Unfortunately due to the pressures the nursing staff are extremely busy but patients are encouraged to use the call bell to alert staff when they require assistance/treatment so nursing staff can prioritise their care. I hope you are recovering well at home since your discharge. I will pass on your comments to the nursing staff on the ward.
