"Great teamwork "

I rang on behalf of my husband, this morning, the receptionist was really kind and helpful, she arranged a triage phone call. I received this call within 2 hours, a sample was needed so hubby provided it and it was taken to the surgery. Early this afternoon I had a phone call to book him an appointment. All this was handled efficiently and professionally. Thank you all. We have been with the practice for a great number of years and had effective treatment from whomever we have seen.
