Rude head receptionist . Talks over you and never answers a question. It takes 20 minutes to get through..Doctor carty refused to phone me as i was abroad and i had seriously high blood pressure and cholestral and loss of vision. I was see a local doctor who had none of my medical records..I also haf a CT scan as they suspected i had a brain Tumour. I just needed a steer but he refused to call....I think that says it all.
