The Inclusion Gosport staff are the best bunch of people ever. If you need anything they are always here to help. Going to prison gave me a break to begin recovery, I was lost before I went to prison. After leaving prison I relapsed but got clean in March 2021 and I've not used since . Being on a physeptone script has helped as has getting support from outside Inclusion. I have had regular appointments with a prescribing nurse and I am now on a reduction. I have started doing the metal detecting group and really enjoy this. I have now bought my own detector.

Firstly congratulations for staying clean since March 2021. It sounds like you have come a long way and have made some positive changes in your life.

I am delighted that you have found the support of the Gosport team so helpful in your recovery and that you are now reducing your prescription of physeptone.

I am also pleased that you are enjoying the metal detecting group and have found a new interest which can be so important in recovery.
