"Waste of time"

For two years I have been trying to get my shoulder pain sorted. All I have got is phone call appointments which are absolutely pointless.

I finally got an appointment face to face yesterday with a physio who before said they will get me a scan next time I ring up but that never happened either . I had to drive 40 minutes to get to the appointment there was alot of traffic so I was 10 minutes late to the Brentwood hospital. He refused to see me and the receptionist said it will push back other people's appointments even though there was not 1 other person waiting there. They are a joke and don't care at all for patients. Like I said its been 2 years in pain not seem 1 person
