Came into loane house, ward 1 to help me walk again, after a fall. I was very apprehensive about coming here. The staff were very good and gentle, everyone including the domestics. The ward was keep spotless. The food was good, great variety and plenty of it. I’m very grateful to the lady in orange who washed my hair and painted my nails. I’m now back on my feet and ready for the next chapter. I have had to wait for a some time for a suitable placement, but glad was here as I was looked after well. I will be sorry to leave
