"Great Visit"

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience of my visit to this department. It's a shame I am not allowed to name individuals in this review as I would like them to know of my sincere appreciation of what they have done. I can say that my interaction with the clinic nurse was very good and that he went over and above the call of duty to make me feel relaxed and that any needs were met. The Consultant in charge was great, friendly, relaxing, good rapport and communication, very informative and answered all my questions with patience and understanding. He is, in my opinion, a great asset to the NHS who made my visit a truly positive experience.
