"Shockingly Bad"

About: The Kings Family Practice

On telephone hour and half, to be told "No appointments" and that's regular and "Phone back tomorrow" or you can have a appointment made in two weeks! Always told when asking a problem "We are new here" or staff don't understand or understand them. Regularly change staff, doctors or Locums who don't know medical history. I put in a repeat prescription and out of 6 items, 3 are left off when my order is sent to chemists after a week and then no sorry's from the surgery. Then await another couple of days to collect. By then I've ran out of the said medicine - has happened before. Always on the long winded diatribe before one gets through, 'We are experiencing long delays due to staff illness,' This is another constant.

When one gets through on the telephone during the day and when staff are not outside the gates regularly smoking (good NHS advert that is) it seems they just want to get rid of you. My neighbours whom use same surgery (when they can) all report the same uncaring place.
