"Disappointing practice "

About: Chigwell Medical Centre

Sadly the practice has declined, not all but some of the reception staff have no People skills whatsoever and do not realise respect is a two way street, they should all be versed in this when dealing with the public which in some cases involves very vulnerable people....and they should all remember any phone calls from patients should always remain private and confidential and should never be discussed amongst each other...I sincerely hope the practice listens to the comments made by its patients and You all try and improve the situation...bring Chigwell medical centre back to being a good practice...
