I was concerned by a medical issue. I called the surgery, after a wait of a few minutes I explained my concerns. The receptionist was caring and reassured me I would receive a call from the Doctor. Before the Doctor called the receptionist asked me to upload pictures of the issue.
After speaking with the Doctor I was given an appointment in the next hour.
This response is typical of a great team working to provide exceptional care. No wonder the Care Quality Commission inspection has awarded an overall GOOD rating, a well earned reward to the whole team providing excellent care.
Everyone, including superb cleaners keeping the building spotless and comfortable, receptionists being respectful and caring, recognising critical symptoms and escalating to clinical practitioners, and Doctors diagnosing and providing reassurance.
To everyone in the Meadowgreen Health Centre Team, well done and thank you!
