Tried to see a doctor for 3 months but always unavailable. Condition deteriorated, sought care elsewhere and now in need of major treatment. Complained. As soon as complaint made my lifelong medication was cancelled leaving me without medication in a few days time. I was not shown basic, common decency by informing me of this seemingly negligent treatment - NO explanation, no attempt to contact - no phone call, message, email not even a letter. Complained - sent email demanding I attend for blood test. I know what blood tests may be required - but only one requested. Asked to see a doctor for explanation and was refused. Told the health care assistant (HCA)(someone with NO clinical training) would decide. I told the HCA what test should be taken.
So, my medical care appears to be up to me and the HCA.
"Not allowed medication any more"
