I am so upset and disappointed by how this surgery has turned out.

I ring at 8am every day and it has taken 2 days to be successful in securing a telephone appointment.

Once on the phone, Dr has stated that I can not have a face to face appt as I am not vulnerable enough. I really need to see a Dr and have a proper examination but they just won't let me. I really can't imagine any other doctors surgery being like this when the whole hospital is open and this surgery is just using Covid as an excuse.

Please do not join this surgery as you will be really disappointed.
