"Amazing ‘bedside’ manner!"

I have been with the surgery for about 7 years since moving to Watford. Unfortunately, during this time I have had to visit rather alot for various ailments mainly diabetes, post surgery infections and allergies. I normally see the same GP who is excel in his knowledge, care and understanding of anything I present with. I have seen other equally amazing drs all with the same caring ethos and empathy. I always feel at ease when I have to contact the surgery whether by phone, online consult or face to face.

More recently I have unfortunately had emergency surgery followed by severe allergic reactions. I have needed to both speak and attend the surgery and found the receptionists extremely helpful making sure I was both called and seen within hours.

I can not fault the service from every member of staff. Thank you Bridgewater for your care of my family and the larger community.
