"I can honestly say those nurses are dedicated to their patients"

I am writing to you about my experience with the rehab clinic in Downe Hospital. I had a quadruple bypass in June last year. I was discharged after 5 days. I had no contact with any medical people. I felt completely abandoned and was in great pain physical and mentally, things were not going well. About 2 or 3 weeks later I got a phone call, it was the nurse from the rehab clinic in Downe Hospital. What a relief for me as I felt so lost. Just to talk to someone who understood what I was going through I then got an appointment to go and speak to the nurses face to face, then I got to start my rehab programme 2 weeks later. I went and spoke to people in the same position as me. Rehab lasted 6 weeks and I can honestly say those nurses are dedicated to their patients it's unbelievable the encouragement and positivity to me was just brilliant I can honestly say without the rehab team i may not be here today.
