(as a service user),

I was very impressed with the service which I revived from the district nurses in West Bridgford. I received their assistance to dress an open wound that was infected following surgery, this had to be done daily. I found all of the nurses to be professional, considerate and caring. 

I would like to personally say a very big "Thank you" to all of the nurses. They do a wonderful job and I for one appreciate everything they do especially in there difficult times. 

A big shout out the the NHS.
