The heart team (based in keyworth) were very supportive after my heart failure, when u came out of city hospital on the of June and right up to recently, Coming to my home on a regular basis until my recent discharge and that I was to contact them at any time if I had any problems. I hope to start suitable exercise classes by end of June, which I look forward to. I cant thank the team enough for their constant good care, in every way. And hope even though I am 90 and, hopefully with the necessary medication, will survive for a few more years.
