I've been with this surgery since I was 5 years old when it was under a previous owner and I'm now in my thirties. I have always felt like I have had good service there up until recently.

My most recent experience with this surgery was making 130 continuous calls in order to get through to reception and make an appointment from 8am in the morning. They made a telephone appointment for me. The telephone appointment lasted 1minute 16 seconds exactly on 10th May. I felt rushed off the phone and pretty upset. The Dr said yes he would make the referral I needed. After not hearing anything from the hospital about my referral I called the GP's back 24th June and they said they would look into it. Today 27 June, I have received a text stating they have made my referral 7 weeks after I asked for it. The wait at the hospital is over 60 weeks and I've lost 7 weeks due to the referral not being made when I asked for it.
