"Worst practice in the area"

I went because I was struggling to breath for 3 weeks. Told I had a virus by the doc I saw. Come back in a week if no better, Called a week later waited all day for a call back and was told to go to a and e. A and E told me I had to go to a day clinic. I was told I had unstable angina. Fortunately the hospital dealt with it, If I had not gone I would have died. I have had two letters sent from cardiology to the doc since then, Giving the doc discharge follow up instructions. I have tried to see the doc, Get a call from the pharmacist who just changes meds but does not do what the doc has been instructed to do. Have been back in hospital for 4 more days due to lack of care from gp . Now told I can not have a face to face appointment even though the website asks if that is what you want !
