About: Victoria Hospital / SEAL (Surgical Elective Admission Lounge) Victoria Hospital / Surgical short stay unit

(as a service user),

Great work from both teams in SEAL Unit and Surgical Short Stay. I was in for a small op and was looked after well. Thanks to all the staff who looked after me including Paul, William and Ross (those are the names I can remember). It was an anxious experience but the staff made me feel at ease and talked me through it. Thanks to Mr Koffeman the consultant also.
