(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter was admitted to the childrens ward at Victoria hospital. The staff were amazing, treatment was given swiftly and we were kept informed all the time. Megan and Annie were especially fantastic with my daughter. Their care and compassion was brilliant and helped put my 11 year old daughter at ease. She is still talking about how nice they are. A fantastic ward with fantastic staff including all the NA’s. 

Thank you for making a difficult time easier.

Thank you for taking the time to compliment our staff, on your daughter's experience whilst in our care.

Being in hospital can be an anxious time for families, I am therefore delighted to hear your daughter was put at ease by the staff. I will personally ensure all the staff are informed of your positive feedback, they will be very happy to receive this.

I hope your daughter is feeling much better now and can enjoy the school holidays.
