About: Gartnavel General Hospital / Rheumatology

(as the patient),

I am writing this to praise the Rheumatology staff at Gartnaval hospital for their ongoing care, expertise and general overall loveliness. 

I want to give my highest praise to Maureen, my Rheumy nurse. Her expertise, her patience, her kindness and her wonderful personality sets her aside.

She never complains, is always there for me, she has helped me through some rough times. We don't praise our NHS staff enough so I want everyone to know what a gem Maureen is. That beautiful lady deserves a pay rise. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback in regards to your experience of using Rheumatology Department of the Gartnavel General Hospital.

It was great to hear how welcomed into the department you have been made by the staff especially Maureen.

Maureen is a highly valued member of the team and I'm sure she will be touched to hear such brilliant feedback from yourself.

I'm glad she has been a supporting influence on you when you have had to attend the department in what must have been a really difficult time for you.

I will be sure to pass on your praise to the staff including Maureen so she receives the recognition she deserves.
