"They really cared about the patients"

About: Croydon University Hospital / General surgery

(as a service user),

I feel from start to finish every member of staff at the Croydon Elective Centre,from the lady on reception to the care team and surgeons , were so friendly and really looked after me and they all seemed like they really cared about the patients coming through the door. There is so much negative feedback and I am sorry the NHS is understaffed and little resources but they are doing the best they can for us! X
