"Great Practice - Not"

About: Melbourne Grove

Over the last week I have been trying to make contact with the Tessa Jowell Surgery by phone and online. The phones are constantly on voicemail and the online is offline. There seems to a shortage of both receptionists and GP's. I wonder if anyone gets does actually get through? I am a 64 year old man seeking a blood test for glucose and prostrate cancer - that is my priority. They seem to want me to offer me an HIV test - have they lost their minds? Why is it they have resources for things we don't need and don't have resources for what we do need. The GP surgery and the NHS have been lost in the last 2 years and I fear this is the 'new normal'.
