"Still no appt"

're my previous review. Tried again at 8:00 am by phone to get an appt 're swollen painful knee. Told I was 25th in queue finally spoke to receptionist at 8:30 only to be told all appt had gone. I explained I had tried the day before via phone and calling in surgery She was apologetic and said try the next day phone at 8:00 am. Why keep telling us that when there are no appts. She also said I could queue at the surgery at 8:00am and hopefully get an appt that way or could go to nx hospital to the walk in clinic. As far as I'm aware the walk in clinic at nx is not there to be used as a extension for a Drs surgery. I can appreciate Drs are under pressure but what has happened at the health centre to make such a drastic change to the way it's now run.
