About: Stepping Hill Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

Despite a very long wait,the staff were excellent! I was asked frequently if I was ok whilst waiting for the doctor and offered a hot drink. All staff were professional and I felt very safe

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us and I am glad that the staff in A&E supported you during the wait. I appreciate these waits can be long and the offer of a drink is important.
