I am writing to tell you about my experience with a phone appointment. I had a telephone appointment with the Community Dietitian from Community Dietetic Servis.
Staff attitude
Anne helped me a lot.
First of all, despite my poor English, I was able to understand her very well. She carefully chose words that I could understand, and we had a long conversation with him about High Cholesterol. Her explanations have been very helpful to me. She is a soft-spoken, friendly, and understanding person. She convinced me to do some things.
Staff skills
By doing what she said, I lost 3 kg in 3 weeks. I will continue to do what she said. maybe with his help, I will get my cholesterol level back to normal.
I thank her; I congratulate you for having such a helpful staff member.
