It took a long time to go through on the phone.

No doctors were available on the day.

I had a new small lump at the back of my head, I called on Friday and the receptionist said I couldn't be seen or talk to a doctor on the phone and had to wait until Monday and call the practice again.

Generally, the practice is incapable and inadequate at looking after their patients.

Good Afternoon

As your comment is anonymous I am not able to investigate for you. I’m sorry if you’ve had to wait for your call to be answered. We do have the option for the phone system to call you back when you reach the front of the queue. This means you don’t have to wait on the line.

If you can provide a little information about the reason you are calling, this helps the receptionist to book the correct clinician or service.
