"Excellent service under extreme pressures"

I arrived at my daughters who lives in Shrewsbury Wednesday afternoon feeling fine, at 1am I woke with chronic stomach pains and by 3am thought it best to attend A&E. I checked in it was manic a very busy night for your staff I had a long wait but was given 2 lots of pain killers to ease the pain why I waited, they helped but it was a chronic pain still at times. I have no complaints though the staff are working under extreme pressures but were brilliant, friendly helpful and professional. The triage nurse and doctor I saw were brilliant and I wanted to name them but cant, I see please pass on my sincere thanks to them I attended A&E on 23.06.2022. I was released at 07:30 with a prescription and told how to follow up my problem with my home doctor on my return South.

So the problem has not fully gone away but it is under control a Massive Thank you to the NHS and the RSH staff.
