About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Endoscopy/Colonoscopy

(as a service user),

I had an colonoscopy, which the specialist was great but i had an averse affect from the sedation and felt very unwell.  The care and consideration from all the Nurses who's care I was in was fantastic and they went above and beyond to make sure i was ok before i left there care.  I had a follow up call the next day from the Doctor - to check i was doing ok and i wasn't still in pain. Thank you all for you hard work.

I am glad to hear that the nurses were very considerate, and that you received a follow-up call from a Doctor the next day to ensure you were feeling better. I am sorry to read that you had an unexpected turn after sedation, but happy to read that it was dealt with accordingly.

I will ensure that this story will be seen by the appropriate staff, as I am sure this story will brighten their day.
