(as a service user),

I was drinking daily and it was affecting my relationships and health

I had support from Michelle and she supported me in reducing my alcohol, learning what my triggers were but also helped me develop strategies which really helped

Thank you so much for your response. So glad the support accessed through Michelle has helped you focus on the changes you wanted to make and this supporting you to deal with the issues you mentioned.

Developing an understanding of our triggers is so important, along with implementing strategies is a great way of challenging the problems life often throws our way. Well done you.
