I needed advice on HRT, filled in an online e- consultation, had a reply back less than 24hrs later with a face 2 face appointment made with my named GP. She explained everything thoroughly, listened to me re my concerns and made sure I understood the follow up plan and what to do if things go wrong. All perfectly seamless and a very pleasant experience. Thank you
