"My time spent on this ward has been half okay and half not okay"

My time spent on this ward has been half okay and half not okay. The communication with GPs has been okay, they seem to be just doing the best they can. The treatment from some of the staff has been okay, sometimes I feel as if I’m being ignored by staff. The facilities are okay the layout of the shower isn’t great there’s not much too hold onto and it’s always very wet and it’s not wiped down very well, therefore it’s easy to slip. The food has been okay, although the other day I found a hair in my porridge which wasn’t very nice, the toast is also very hard. Other than that It’s been just okay.
