Accident and emergency was great, the level of care was good. The only thing I would like to have seen different was a different accident and emergency for children, as my son seen things that I don't think he should not have seen.
The staff were excellent and their attitudes were also good.
Daisy ward has been excellent, very good and the environment is also good and is very child friendly. Their standard and level of care is excellent. I always feel bad because I feel like I am adding pressure to the nurses asking for a tea or coffee, which they do not need.
The staff are outstanding, they are really good at their jobs, and their attitudes are also good. The nurse, Alana, was very good. She saw my son on Saturday and went out of her way to see him yesterday, even though he was not her patient.
