"Cannot talk to anyone!"

About: Southend Hospital

There is now only 1 number for Southend Hospital available. That is an automated voice system NOT a real person. This makes it almost impossible to get to the people we need to talk to. e.g. trying to find out where a relative is who has been admitted today. Nobody picks up phone when automatically transferred - there is no way of getting out of that loop to speak to anyone who may help. This is appalling and just as bad as trying to get a GP appointment. Please think again - it is failing.
