"Poor patient interaction and uninterested staff"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a service user),

Extremely long wait time with no information passed to the patients. The receptionists appeared happier to  chat amongst themselves than deal with the patients. It seemed like none of the staff cared about the care of their patients or their general well being. One concerned mother was even told that they would get to her when we get to her, by a very stroppy sounding receptionist.
