Phoned as my 10 month baby, had high temperature for 4 days, wasn't going down, very snuffly, sticky eyes, and keeps robbing her ear. Said call will come within 1 hour, then someone Phoned said it be a bit longer as very busy, 8 hours later no call. For a baby very poor service.
