"All the relevant services were made available to us"

We were introduced to the Nottingham West Community Stroke Team following my father's release from hospital. 

Contact was made with us very swiftly and all the relevant services were made available to us along with any equipment my father needed. 

As the months rolled by all the team made good relationships with my father and the community stroke team were very understanding and patient while my father was adjusting to the effects of his stroke.

My father needed assistance from Rhea (Occupational Therapist), Leanne & Emma (Physiotherapy) and Margaret (Speech Therapy) as well as Tracey who assisted the others where necessary.

We have been very satisfied with the level of care my father has received and cannot speak highly enough of the team and are sad see them leave after over a year.

I honestly cannot think of anything which the team could have done better. We were really impressed with the services we received.
