"Wonderful treatment for heel injuries"

My trip started with an ambulance from the Strand. Excellent staff. Cheerful and helpful. A&E was quick, professional and kind. X-ray and CT scan was painful and managed to keep my discomfort to a minimum. Onto orthopaedic department where all staff were kind beyond belief. They helped me and other patients to calm down, get some sleep and assistance at a time of very painful feet. They advised us, helped us to wash and get dressed and even to eat if unable. Their cheerful professional attitude really aided my speedy recovery. I cannot thank everyone enough.
