"Highly efficient "

Only waited 9 days from a GP referral for an urgent MRI. Initially rang the department for an appointment and they called me back and fitted me in as quickly as they could. The process within the hospital was very slick and I barely had to wait any time at all - as this was a Saturday this was even more impressive. The rainbow bridge was blocked off so a passing nurse literally took me via a diversion to the waiting area and was very helpful.

The MRI staff were friendly, professional and informative - the whole experience was very reassuring and they should be commended for their efforts.
