"District Nurse Visit"

About: Beech Hall Centre Belfast Health & Social Care Trust / GP out of hours

(as a relative),

My mum recently was discharged after surgery and developed some symptoms that we were concerned about.  After a chat with the Beldoc out of hours service (thank you for your warmth and empathy Dr Marion) a district nurse visit was arranged that day.

The district nurse, Kate, who came out was so helpful.  She talked to mum, and listened to her concerns, and gave her a full check up and reassured her so much that everything was going ok.

She even arranged a follow up visit without being asked and made mum feel safe and not a bother to her, when we know that district nurses often are under a lot of pressure, so thank you to all the nurses at Beech Hall, and all the team who helped us out.
