The report on my telephone consultation with a consultant cardiologist on 27/04/1922 was dictated on the same day but contained another date, 20/05/2022, which might, presumably, be the typing . date and yet was received in today's post 18/06/2022, in an undated envelope.
So almost two months after the dictation of the report!
Surely unacceptable?
What if the response by my GP to the report is deemed urgent?
