"Excellent Service"

My GP decided I needed an MRI scan. Three days later (on a Sunday) I was contacted by the hospital who offered an appointment on the following Thursday. The results were sent to my GP within days so that further treatment can be arranged.

All the staff in the imaging unit were excellent: from reception through to the skilled staff operating the technology. The speed of turn round of the results was outstanding measured against their objective of "seven to ten days". An example of best practice in my opinion.
