I was given the wrong strength medication, luckily I knew it was the wrong strength or it could have been dangerous.
Also, I was asked to make a doctors face to face appt as I have bad earache but you have to phone up on the day. This means taking a day off work to phone up when you probably won't get an appt for that day anyway! They would not let me make an advance appt so I could take time of work and when I questioned this put the phone down in me. Now I have no choice but to go to A&E
