"Not impressed"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

I checked in 10 minutes early for my appointment and took a seat. Specialists are busy people and I didn't expect to be seen on time, but after a while I realised that patients were coming in and being seen quickly whilst I sat there. After about 50 minutes I caught the eye of the nurse and asked what what happening. Apparently I hadn't turned up! She went to reception and after a while re-emerged with some paperwork, but gave me absolutely no explanation as to what had happened. I was subsequently ushered in as the next patient. Not looking forward to going back there.
