Attended the appointment, spoken to very poorly and overheard staff discussing how I was an inconvenience to them as I struggle on my feet and was therefore brought in a stretcher. I was left feeling rushed and an inconvenience to staff, the Dr who I had my appointment with from the Walton Centre, was very abrupt, in my opinion very rude and condescending, they did not know why I was there and I felt like I was a burden and was told I should not have come and there's nothing they can do to help me after my stroke.
I was then lumbered back into a room as the Dr huffed and walked off. I then overheard the same dr talking about me outside the room, this was very demoralising and not an experience I would wish on anyone. I hope to never need to have an experience like this again. I am very upset
